Karson {18 Months}

My baby is 18 months old today.

 Which means in 6 months, he will be 2.

I am not quite sure how that happened.

I should probably start to think about admiting he might be a toddler.

But not today...

You have a funny bone.

You love to laugh.

And your giggle makes everyone around you start laughing too.

You know where your eyes, nose, ears, mouth, and tummy are.

When we ask you to show us your nose, you point to yours, then have to show everyone in the room where their noses are too.

 You love to give 'high 5s' and 'pounds.'

You are very unsure of your new cousin, Gavin, but you will give him a 'pound.'

You have incredible balance, can climb on everything, and love to be chased.

I don't think you will be in your crib for much longer.

You are close to figuring out how to climb out of it.

You have 11 teeth now.

You have never had a hard time teething.

But, the five you are getting right now are throwing you off.

We haven't been sleeping a whole lot lately.

 You will eat just about anything.

Your favorite foods are strawberry smoothies, cheese, pizza, and any kind of fruit.

I found you hiding in a chair this morning eating a plum you snatched off the counter. :)

 You love to take baths.

When you have rough days, you usually get 2 or 3.

You are learning to blow bubbles, and put your nose in the water.

You love to lay on your tummy, and wait for us to cheer for you when you try to put your face in.

You are full of smiles, and surprise us every day with something new.
